Asseco with "Investor in Human Capital" certificate

Asseco Data Systems has been awarded the "Investor in Human Capital" certificate. This is a project aimed at all companies and institutions that take a responsible approach to the development of their employees' competencies.‍

Asseco Data Systems took part in the "Investor in Human Capital" survey. The purpose of the program is, among other things, to recognize companies whose team has a high level of job satisfaction and commitment. The basis of the project is a reliable, independent survey of employees in the following areas: commitment, competence, overall satisfaction, relations and employee as ambassador. In order for a company to be awarded the certificate, the level of the main "Investor in Human Capital" index should be a minimum of 70 percent.

It is calculated as the average of the indices for the five areas mentioned above (the minimum for an area is 65 percent).Asseco Data Systems is made up of a team of more than 900 people. The company provides products and services, based on its proprietary and third-party software. The company's operations are focused on providing services to enterprises and local government institutions. The company is part of the Asseco Group, the largest software producer in the Central and Eastern European region, which is present in 60 countries worldwide and employs about 30,000 people.
