Andrzej Dopierała
President of the Management Board of Asseco Data Systems SA, Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland SA
He is an electrical engineer by profession. After graduation, he worked in the USA and Canada. After returning to Poland, from 1994 to 2006 he worked at Hewlett-Packard Poland, where he served as President of the Management Board for the last eight years. He then became President of the Management Board of Oracle Poland. In September 2013, he became Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland, responsible for, among other things, the defense sector and cyber security solutions. Since 2016, he has been the President of Asseco Data Systems. Since June 2019, he has served as President of the Management Board of ComCERT. Since April 2021, he has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of this company.
Graduate of the Faculty of Physics at the University of Warsaw. Since September 1996, he has been associated with ADH-Soft, where he served as a programmer until the end of 2000. From January 2001 to December 2009, he served as Director of the Software Department. In December 2009, he became a Member of the Management Board of this company, and in April 2011 he became the President. Since 2016, he has been Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Data Systems responsible for the Leasing Software Division, the Municipal Solutions Division and the ERP Systems Division.
He studied at the Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics. He began his professional career in 1996 at Combidata Poland, reaching the position of President of the Management Board in 2012. He also served as a member of the Supervisory Board of Multitrade. Since 1996, he has been associated with the Asseco Group, formerly Prokom. Since 2016, he has been Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Data Systems responsible for the Asseco Academy Division, the Otago System Division, the Business and Education Solutions Division and the Software Manufacturing Division.
Graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Gdańsk University of Technology, postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Warsaw University of Information Technology and ITIL certificate holder. Since the beginning of his career, he has been involved in the IT industry – he works in the area of pension benefit systems for ZUS and KRUS and cloud solutions. Since 2017, he has been Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Data Systems, where he is responsible for the Core Systems Division, the Software Maintenance and Development Division and the Systems Integration Division. Since May 2021, he has been President of Asseco Cloud.
He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. He started his professional career in 2004 at Softbank, working as a financial analyst. After the merger of Asseco Poland and Softbank, he has been associated with the Asseco Group since 2007 – he worked in Asseco Poland for 13 years, reaching the position of Director of the Controlling Department of the Asseco Group. From 2017 to 2018, he served as a Member of the Management Board responsible for the finance area at DahliaMatic (Asseco Group). As of 2019, he is Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Data Systems overseeing Administration, Finance, HR, Legal Department and Internal Processes.
